Dear Mike and Kent, I wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for your outstanding service. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with another local oil change business in Evergreen. They performed a flush of my transmission. Two weeks later as I was driving up 285, my car started pulling and eventually stopped. AAA sent out a tow truck and delivered it to Aspen Park. Your immediate attention to detail lead to the defaulted company to pay for a completely new transmission. Upon delivery, your team took an initial look at my car and let me know the transmission fluid had been drained via the flush valve. The next day, following a complete inspection, your team took photo's and documented the entire process. Due to this amazing service, I was able to provide the company with a detailed report to show their error. Then your team took it one further step and helped me work directly with their operations manager by emailing information to him and speaking directly with him. Due to your diligence and outstanding customer service, my vehicle has a new transmission and is running like a champ. Most importantly, they paid for all repairs. We have been coming to Aspen Auto for many years and my entire family has utilized your services. I have and will continue to recommend your business.
